Few months back, my friend Domagoj Nikolić of Imotski, informed me that he is becoming a manager of hotel Emotheo: the brand new boutique hotel in Dalmatian countryside. It took me some time to finally get there as this season was quite demanding and I simply could not find time to visit.

Nestled in the picturesque town of Imotski in Croatia, Emotheo Boutique Hotel is a newly opened boutique, 4 star property that offers its guests a blend of modern amenities and traditional Croatian hospitality.
The hotel boasts a total of 22 well-appointed guest rooms (20 rooms and 2 suites), each tastefully furnished with a blend of modern and traditional elements. The rooms come equipped with comfortable beds, flat-screen TVs, and en-suite bathrooms with rain showers. On of country’s best young chefs – Mr. Roko Nikolić – is in charge of this restaurant. He is also from Imotski and returned to his home town after working in Rovinj. The restaurant has a chic and sophisticated atmosphere, making it the perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a special celebration.
Guests at Emotheo Boutique Hotel can also take advantage of the hotel’s fantastic location. It is located just 50 meters from the region’s main attraction: Blue Lake.
